This meditation on wood is a reflection of consciousness—the observer that is us. When we can witness our experience through the expansive lens of consciousness, we are able to exist in a spaciousness more powerful and peaceful than we could ever imagine. To be conscious is to be in co-creation with the universe. The entry point is our breath.
